Seminars

The Healing Place Center for Counseling and Spiritual Formation is dedicated to equipping Christian caregivers to help broken people find freedom and wholeness in Christ.  Training is provided at many level integrating Formational Prayer, Christian Counseling and Transformational Spiritual Direction.  The annual Formational Prayer Seminars are the main events that attract professional counselors, clergy, pastoral care providers, Christian educators and lay caregivers. 

The basic seminar, The Journey to Wholeness is conducted in two modules offerred on Friday and Saturday.  This training is conducted  by our founder and president, Dr. Neal Siler.  The Journey to Wholeness is followed by a two-day intensive level training on issues related to attachment.  Additional one-day seminars and speakers forums are held in the winter and summer on specific topics.
