News and Updates

2017 was a Great Year

Last year was a year of expansion for The Healing Place.  We developed two new small groups using the formational model...a 10 week couples group and a 12 week grief group.  Both were extremely successful.  Leader and participant guides will be available for these groups later this year.  Dr. Siler was honored to conduct a session entitled "Why Am I Afraid to Love" at the Library of Congress in Washington DC.  Caregivers also developed and conducted a contemplative weekend retreat, Travel Light using spiritual direction practices. Plans are underway to conduct the Travel Light retreat again in 2018!  Additional information will be available on this site.

Individual or Small Group Retreats

Did you know that you can schedule a time of retreat and rest for yourself, your family or a small group at Beulah?  The Healing Care Team can also be available to provide formational prayer or spiritual direction to support you as you are renewed in the Lord's Presence.  For more information, please contact Dr. Sharon Siler by e-mail at or telephone at (804) 730-1348.
